I had been given previously wrong information. Tom could tell when I called him that I was thoroughly confused. He took the extra time to educate me so I could make an informed decision. He could have left me confused as others had, but he did not. The communication was exceptional. The pricing and warranty was the best I had found! I made an excellent decision choosing Arrowhead Heating & Cooling!! Choosing them was a no brainer! With the crew being in my house they were so sweet and respectful. Even brought my trash can from the road that morning! They really did go above and beyond! Fantastic job! And I am so warm and cozy right now!!! My AC unit finally gave out after 12 years. I called Tom based on a recommendation from a co-worker and he was able to come take a look at the unit even though I live outside his usual service area and after completing a full day of previously scheduled calls. Tom and crew were able to install a new AC unit two days later. He and his team showed up on time, were very courteous, and completed the install in a couple of hours. The new unit is much more quiet, my electric bill has been drastically reduced vs last summer, and the house stays much cooler. I would highly recommend Arrowhead to anyone with cooling or heating issues.

Almost four years ago I bought a wood-burning boiler. Hooking it up was going to be complicated because I wanted it to work in tandem with my existing oil-burning boiler. Numerous people looked at the project over the next three and a half years, but no one would take it on. Then Tom showed up. He did some research, consulted with experts and within a couple of weeks I was heating primarily with wood. The work is neatly done. He is reliable, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and trustworthy - I would not hesitate to hand him my house key if I could not be home. Thanks Tom, you do excellent work and are a great guy.

Was told my unit was shot by another company and they were ready to order a whole new unit...found out that Tom originally installed the unit in the house and he graciously came over and changed out one part! My furnace broken on Monday of New Years week.Tom came to our home on New Years Eve. And had old furnace out and new furnace installed that evening before holiday.He stayed until job was complete and heat was on to house.he showed amazing time management, craftsmanship and explained start up of new unit.He and partner Andrew should be commended for their dedication to customer service before a holiday to get things to all come together and great competitive pricing and follow up phone call .many thanks for great effort and results.please consider them for your hvac needs

They were amazing ! We have an oil furnace and it had been giving us trouble for years and they for sure went the EXTRA mile in helping us get it fixed without having to spend a fortune! They are trustworthy, timely, and dependable!! I will for ever go to them for an further issues that we have, but we hope that will be a very, very long time!!
